Our Founder, Jenniffer Clemons, established this academy after recognizing a troubling trend within the industry, to many training programs prioritize financial gain over equipping professionals with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to succeed.
Jenniffer has worked closely within the security field and witnessed firsthand the inefficiencies that plague the profession. From inadequate training to a lack of proper certification pathways, these challenges often leave aspiring security officers unprepared and underserved. Understanding the challenges faced by those in low-income communities and the impact of gun violence, Jenniffer is passionate about educating and equipping individuals to protect themselves and their communities. The result? Change the narrative of the security workforce that struggles to meet the demands of an industry that relies on skills, professionalism, and dedication to safety.
